Electric hydraulic actuator feeder machine is used for conveying coal in power plant. it was designed and
produced by our engineering technicians who are engineering in electric power for many years. It solves
problems cause by using the older model plate type three-way coal chute, like stuck easily, Inflexible rotate
and deformation, even impact power plant's the normal production.
Operating principle and function:
Fuel coal enter into the anti-lock chute through the head and coal drop pipe by conveyor belt. The ship-type
Coal guide chute have the same function as three-way tube plate. Although the ship-type coal guide chute have
the complex structure, the high requirements of technique and technology, difficult manufacturing, high
investment factor and so on, its advantage structure, anti-lock and anti-blocking performance are superior to
original one piece simple plate.
The ship-type coal guide chute make coals flow passing easily and Anti-blocking performance is better.
The ship type coal guide chute work with cage deflector cooperatively make the three-way pipe have good anti-
lock performance, under the gearing operation and push-pull effect, the ship-type coal guide chute can rotate
clockwise or anticlockwise inside three-way pipe, change the direction of the ship-type coal guide chute,
achieve the fall material diversion effect sequentially.
