INTRODUCTION
Brake motor is made of two parts consisting of three-phase asynchronous motors and brakes, its belongs to three-phase asynchronous motor derived series Manual brake release and bolt release are two forms of brakes.

1.Operating principle

2.The DC brake can not be directly connected to the AC power to the brake coil is provided with suction cups forlow voltage winding rated DC voltage. 3.The braking time
Brake motor braking time (t)is the time from the motor and brake stopping the power to the shaft completely stopped.
Under normal circunstances, For 63 to 80 trame size motor,the braking time Is 0.5 seconds, For90-132frame size motor, the braking time is 1 second, For 160 to 180 frame size motor, the braking time is 2 seconds.
4.Adjustment and maintenance

5.Variable frequency operation of brake motor

All asynchronous motors produced by our company can be equipped with frequency converters for operation. At this time, the brake must provide a stable working power supply separately and cannot be connected and shared with the power terminal on the motor. Otherwise, the brake will not function properly. It should be pointed out that when the brake motor is equipped with variable frequency operation, an axial flow fan should be added, which can only be independently controlled and powered.
It is worth noting that the maximum frequency range of all asynchronous motors produced by our company is 60Hz. If users have special requirements, they can submit them to the company.
The power wiring terminals are connected in parallel and shared. Otherwise, the brake will not function properly. It should be pointed out that when the brake motor is equipped with variable frequency operation, an additional axial flow air should be added fan, this fan can only be independently controlled and powered.
