Furnace door water-cooled carbon oxygen gun system
the oxygen blowing and carbon spraying operations in electric furnace steelmaking, replacing the traditional manual oxygen blowing and carbon powder addition operations. According to user needs, this system can be manually controlled, PLC controlled, or fully automatic controlled by PLC+upper computer. After adopting this system in electric furnace steelmaking production, the goals of increasing production, reducing consumption, energy conservation, and environmental protection can be achieved.

Each channel (oxygen, gas) can be individually controlled and regulated, and each gas channel is equipped with a manual switch. The entire valve station has a compact structure, reasonable layout, and a small station area. All gas components on the valve station can be disassembled separately, making maintenance convenient. The reading station is pre assembled, tested, and installed on the sliding base plate before leaving the factory. The oxygen pipeline and valves are made of stainless steel and undergo degreasing treatment. The valves and instruments at the valve station are equipped with all the necessary devices for safe production, including hydrogen shut-off valves, flow control rooms, quick shut-off valves (pneumatic), pressure transmitters, vortex flow meters, check rooms, flame retardants, etc. The system is designed to measure the hydrogen pressure in the pipeline network, monitor the pipeline network pressure in real time, and send the pipeline network pressure data to the central control PLC for timely parameter adjustment during operation.

Supplied by the Buyer:
1) Installation and installation material, furnace refractory lining, hydraulic medium, lubrication medium and
cleaning medium, graphite electrodes;
2) Civil works and design (Seller provides furnace foundation drawings and civil work requirements), embedded
furnace foundation parts;
3) Water supply and gas supply main inlet are laid to Seller's equipment connection point, H.V. incoming line is
connected to seller's H.V. switchboard and Transformer terminals, L.V. supply lines are connect to Seller's
L.V. power distribution panel.
3. Delivery: 4 month after date receiving down payment.
