Process size: the conventional diameters of 14mm, 19mm, 25mm, 32mm and 38mm are available in stock. The length can be determined as required, and the maximum length can be 30m. According to different applications, two processes can be adopted: cold drawing (annealing and pickling are soft industrial pipes) and cold rolling (uniform wall thickness, no annealing in hard state, bright inside and outside, and soft industrial pipes after annealing).
Testing: according to customer requirements, we can do hydraulic, ultrasonic and eddy current testing.

Production standards: GB3087-1999 seamless steel tubes for low and medium pressure boilers, GB5310-1995 seamless steel tubes for high pressure boilers, gb13296-2013 stainless steel seamless tubes for boilers and heat exchangers, and ASME SA213 Seamless Ferritic and austenitic alloy steel tubes for boilers, superheaters and heat exchangers.
