ABSOLUTE ENCODER
For the implementation of the key signal, EMT Series actuator using advanced code bodies in absolute terms,
in case of power failure, the device can still record the position, the encoder design record number greater
than 8000 cycles, resolution of less than 5°, less component make the encoder's lifespan longer than the
actuator's operating cycle, the multi layer self diagnosis logic, and ensures the actuator to operate. LCD
settings interface High resolution grayscale LCD display screen which shows more current status and a clear
showing of operation status. Adjustable backlight and contrast enable a clear showing even in the very bright
environment. Tempered glass shielding not only protects the screen also the equipments inside the sealed
environment.
TORQUE TESTING
The torque value of the device is adopted for the stability of the mechanical device, and the torque collecting
device is directly connected with the output part of the actuator, which can reflect the real output torque of the
actuator, and can provide reliable torque protection.
MULTIPLE CONTROL
On the basis of the on/off, modulating types. Providing wide range of communication, supports Profibus,
Modbus and other industrial buses.
POSITION DISPLAY MORE RELIABLE
The device is configured with an absolute encoder, which can ensure and record the position of the valve, and
the internal uses the EEPROM as parameter storage to ensure the safety of the device, even if the device is
powered down. Standard battery in the equipment is used to show valve position, data communications and
other functions when powered off.
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
All EMT series actuators have advanced data records function and saves the valve's fault information.
Operation data can be used as the basis for troubleshooting.
SAFE MANUAL OPERATION
The manual operation can be carried out by the manual/electric switch device. The clutch disconnects the main
shaft and the motor to ensure the safety of the manual operation also that the equipments won't be damaged.
