It performs free water baking at 200 ºC and crystallization water baking at 400-600 ºC. The equipment consists of alloy baking silo, feeding system, discharging system, combustion system, ignition system, auxiliary heating system, air supply system, heat source circulation system, visual automatic control system, temperature control system, CO leakage alarm device, gas extinguishing alarm device, gas low pressure alarm device, etc. The burner is installed on the combustion chamber of the furnace, with uniform temperature propagation, good structural strength, and equipped with flame detection equipment. When the furnace stalls, the flame detector quickly gives a signal to control the chain and ensure safe production.
