Water-cooled tubular compensators: It is used to connect the secondary water-cooled tubular outlet end of the furnace transformer with the water-cooled tubular high-current bus within a section of the water-cooled tubular flexible conductor, which is a part of the furnace high-current line (short network) to compensate for the positional error (such as concentricity, distance error, etc.) of the furnace transformer and the high-current bus installation, as well as to isolate the vibration of the high-current bus during the work of the furnace, so that it will not be transmitted to the secondary outlet end of the furnace transformer. The secondary outlet of the furnace transformer is not transmitted to the secondary outlet of the furnace transformer.
Water-cooled flange compensators: It is used for the connection between the
secondary outlet copper pipe of the electric furnace transformer and the copper pipe of the short grid of the electric furnace. It can compensate the installation error, thermal expansion and contraction and absorb the vibration caused by the electromagnetic force of the short mesh, and this piece can also be used in the electric arc furnace for steel making.
