Product introduction

According to the different requirements of layout and use, it has 7 types: A type, AB type, B type, T type, RA
type, RB type, RT type, total 9 different bandwidth from 500mm to 2000mm.It is installed in the end of the coal
falling pipe, sometimes installed in the middle of material drop pipe, the equipment is used for mining, building
material, electric power, coal, dock and other industries transport transfer system.

This valve is widely used in steel,building material, metallurgical, petrifaction,electric power and all kinds of airlock distribution system. The valves are cam-link transmission, automatic reset spring, compact structure, reasonable base , stable operation, reliable airlock discharge so that they are the ideal discharge devices of all kinds of enclosed conveying systems and airlock discharges.

Working principle

The working principle of the equipment is to make the material with high falling speed be buffered and slowed
down in the diversion buffer lock air baffle and use the weight of the falling materials to accumulate the weight to
open the closed guide baffle plate to make the material gets through smooth and induced wind basically
blocked, and thus play the role of lock air; as a air lock baffle plate can reduce the impact force of falling
material, at the same time can make the material very evenly into the middle of the next conveyor belt, has
played the role of diversion.

Main feature:

1, the structure of device is simple, easy to manufacture and install, with the least amount of maintenance, to
    prevent tear and other vicious incidents.
2, the material evenly scattered on belt, to prevent belt off tracking and has a diversion function, to avoid    
    clogging and spread material phenomenon.
3, reduce the induced air volume, can reduce it to the original 1/10 below.
4, can be used for conveying sticky material, wet material and block material, to prevent the stick and clogging
    occurred.
5, the design is reasonable, big buffer torque, can reduce the system noise. Easy to install, little maintenance.
