summary:
It is used for the detection of belt deviation of conveyor to prevent material overflow caused
by belt deviation.This machine is widely used in the transportation system of mining, electric
power and chemical industry.

working principle:
When the running belt deviates, the edge of the belt drives the vertical stick to rotate and
squeeze to make it tilt. If the inclination angle of the vertical stick is greater than the first level
action angle, the switch will send out a group of switch signals. If the vertical stick continues
to tilt more than the second level action angle, another group of switch signals will be output.
The two groups of switch signals can be used for alarm or shutdown respectively. After the
belt conveyor is reset and normal operation, the vertical stick will reset automatically.

Structural characteristics:
It adopts aluminum alloy precision die casting shell, with high strength and light weight
The protection grade of the shell is IP67, which can work in harsh environment for a long time.
The imported travel switch is used in the machine, with large contact capacity, sensitive action

Installation and use:
Fix the deviation switch on the bracket, and then weld it on the belt frame
The vertical roller axis is perpendicular to the belt plane, and the distance between the vertical
roller and the belt edge is 50 ~ 100 mm
The belt is located at 1 / 3 of the lower end of the vertical roller
