Product Description

Introduction:
Belt weigher is an automatic weigher that continuously weighs bulk materials on the conveyor belt without subdividing the
mass or interrupting the movement of the conveyor belt.

ICS-30 electronic belt scale is a single roller, full suspension structure of the electronic belt scale, scale frame structure is
simple, light weight, strong environmental adaptability, simple and fast installation, accuracy up to ± 1%, can provide
instantaneous flow and accumulation for product production process control and production monitoring.

The structure of ICS-30-2T-4C belt weigher is similar to ICS-14, but its application range is larger than ICS-14 scale frame,
especially suitable for conveyor frame with large inclination angle. The measurement accuracy can reach ICS-14 effect, and
there is no inclination angle limit.
It is also suitable for the situation that the conveyor distance is very short or the conveyor is large and needs high precision.


Structure features:
A.Simple structure, few force transmission links and easy installation;
B.Unique rectangular lever, good rigidity, invisible change;
C.It can resist lateral force and horizontal component force, effectively reduce the influence of belt deviation and blanking
deviation on system accuracy;
D.The weighing sensor is pull type, which is easy to adjust, flexible, reliable and high precision;
E.Model 30 adopts lever free full suspension structure, single idler and small weighing area. It is mainly used for belt
conveyor with short center distance between inlet and outlet, or belt conveyor with inclination changing at any time, such as
stacker reclaimer.
