1.1 equipment characteristics of parallel medium frequency smelting furnace:
The parallel type one electric two furnace smelting furnace adopts a set of medium frequency power supply, which can supply power to one electric furnace and the other is standby. The power of the medium frequency power supply can be adjusted steplessly. The equipment has the following characteristics:
1.1 (1) the rectifier circuit adjusts the power by adjusting the conduction angle of thyristor.
1.2 (2) power factor of power system ≥ 90%. The high-order harmonic reaching the standard has no interference to the power grid.
1.3 (3) the success rate of full load starting is 100%
1.4 (4) constant power output: if the grid voltage increases or decreases, the fluctuation is large, but the power output can remain constant to ensure full power output.
1.5 (5) power frequency voltage of power grid does not need compensation. When continuous smelting is needed, it can be kept warm or heated at an accurate temperature
