3. Materials supplied by the Buyer
3.1 Bast trolley, bast rotation device, material charging device, hydraulic medium, lubricating oil, grease, graphite electrode;
3.2 Detail civil design & works, embedded foundation parts, civil work(the Seller provides furnace general layout drawings and foundation condition information)
3.3 Connect general inlet/outlet pipes of water/air supply to the Seller's equipment interface, connect H.V. incoming line to the Seller's H.V. switchboard and incoming terminals of furnace transformer, connect L.V. power supply to the Seller's L.V. distribution board. Supply installation materials (connecting pipes, cables, conduit, etc).
4. Installation, commissioning & training
4.1 The Seller will send engineers (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, PLC) to the Buyer's job site for supervision of installation & commissioning. Round-trip air tickets, site allowance, personnel insurance, work permit, accommodation are born by Owner.
4.2 Training: the Seller's engineers will train the Buyer's operator & maintenance staff during installation & commissioning period, explain LF operation & maintenance sum.
5. Delivery period: 3 months after the manufacturer receiving down payment.
