FMH Type Aluminum Alloy Melting and Holding Furnace (Machine Side Furnace)
The design of furnace structure is scientific and reasonable, the heat dissipation is small, and the melting speed is fast. The thermal efficiency is high, up to 55%. The effect of energy saving is remarkable. Small area, suitable for different types of die casting machine soup rationing.
The combustion nozzle and combustion system are specially designed for the characteristics of molten aluminum alloy. The burning loss rate of molten liquid is less than 1.5%, and the operation is safe and reliable.
The temperature fluctuation of aluminum liquid is small and can be controlled within ±3 ºC, and the quality of casting products is improved significantly.
The use of high-grade and special refractories reflects the ultra-long life of lining in this series of equipment, and its life can reach more than five years, even longer under the condition of careful maintenance.
The design of each system is reasonable, especially in the control system, the application of PLC programmable controller makes the equipment run more safely and reliably, and different man-machine interface can be adopted according to the needs of users.
Can choose different properties and different calorific value of fuel, such as light oil, liquefied gas, natural gas, urban gas and so on.
