Product Description

Introduction:
Belt weigher is an automatic weigher that continuously weighs bulk materials on the conveyor belt without subdividing the
mass or interrupting the movement of the conveyor belt.

It is an ideal equipment for continuous measurement of bulk materials in a belt conveyor system. It has the advantages of
simple structure, accurate weighing, stable use, and small maintenance. It is not only suitable for normal environments, but
also suitable for acids, alkalis, salt and atmosphere. Corrosive environment, widely used in metallurgy, electric power, coal,
mining, port, chemical, building materials and other industries

ICS-20A electronic belt scale is a double-lever type electronic belt scale with simple structure, convenient installation and
debugging, and low maintenance cost.

ICS-20A electronic belt scale, dynamic cumulative error is less than ±0.5%, adaptable bandwidth: 500-1200mm, used for
the weighing of general factory belt conveyors, and accurate quantification of crushers, coal mills, screening machines and
other equipment Feeding control can also be used for industrial weighing process control, such as monitoring production
volume, controlling quantitative product loading and monitoring product inventory.

The ICS-20A weighing bridge is equipped with two sets of rollers on a single lever, and a pull sensor is used for the middle
support, and the outer support uses a frictionless trunnion fulcrum. This kind of closed device can be shockproof, moisture-
proof and anti-corrosion to prevent material accumulation, so the problems caused by the use of knife-edge devices and
bearing devices do not occur in harsh environments.
The main girder of the weighing bridge is made of rectangular steel pipes, which makes the whole weighing bridge have
sufficient rigidity, small self-weight, and minimum surface dust area. No movement and wearing parts. In order to ensure the
stability of the entire system, the high-precision resistance strain gauge sensor is installed on the tension part to resist
lateral force and reduce nonlinear errors. For the measurement of lighter materials, a counterweight scale can be used.
