Product Description

Introduction:

DRI is received in storage pit, and loaded to storage bin by vertical lift & distributor, then transferred to 
overhead bin by angle belt conveyor, finally, is charged into EAF by revolving chute.
Alloy material and slag former be loaded into material storage bin by charging bucket, needed material is
charged into weighing hopper through vibrating feeder, then loaded on belt conveyor by vibrating feeder,
and is charged into ladle through belt conveyor and charging pipe in heating bridge.
Weighing sensor output signal is displayed in console room when system working, vibrating feeders can
working in PLC control auto and manual mode.
